Have a great photo of your garden? We'd love to see it! We're especially interested in seeing Dutch Gardens bulbs and plants in beds, foundation plantings and entry gardens.

Winners in three Prize Categories (described below) receive $500 in Dutch Gardens bulbs and perennials.

Best Garden Bed: We're looking for a photo that shows a garden bed in the context of its surroundings: along a walk, near an entryway or encircling an old oak tree. The photo might feature a springtime display of bulbs, a perennial border, a shade garden or a waterside display. If possible, please let us know which varieties of Dutch Gardens bulbs or plants are in the photo.

Best Flower Portrait: A close-up shot of any bulb, shrub or perennial, preferably a Dutch Gardens plant. Be sure to tell us which variety is featured in your picture.

Best Springtime Garden: A garden shot that shows spring-blooming bulbs, perennials, trees or shrubs. We're looking for a photo that shows the bed in the context of its surroundings:

• Gather the photo(s) you'd like to enter. Please enter only one shot per category. If you want to share more photos, keep in mind that you can create your own albums and display them there. You can upload photo(s) from your desktop, a CD or anywhere on your hard drive. Entries must be 3MB (3,000KB) or smaller.
• Go to the Dutch Gardens Photo Center and register as a user by clicking the Register tab at the top of the screen.
• After registering, you can log in, using your new username and password. Click the Login tab at the top of the screen. Note: You cannot upload photos if you are not logged in.
• After logging in, you can upload photo(s). Start by clicking on Enter Contests/Upload Photos, a button in the green bar near the top of the page.
• Click on Browse ... and navigate to a photo you'd like to enter. Once the photo is selected, click Continue.
• From there, you'll get to the Successful Upload screen. Click Continue to put your photo in the contest category.
• Select the category you wish to enter (Best Flower Portrait or Best Garden Bed); also give us as much information about the photo(s) as you can. Click Continue to complete your entry.
• To enter another photo (you can enter one photo per category), click Enter Contests/Upload Photos and repeat the process.

Be sure to tell us as much as you can about your entry. Sure, every picture tells a thousand words, but we need a few from you! What plants and varieties are featured in your photo? If it's a garden shot, tell us how you designed it and why you've chosen the featured plants. Tell us anything that you think is important or unique about your shot.
