Unlike other Penstemons that bloom early in the season, Cherry Sparks blooms throughout the summer providing food for hummingbirds and butterflies. The vibrant flowers on upright stems also make an excellent addition to summer bouquets. Penstemons are North American natives that are easy to grow in warm, dry conditions with good drainage.
