OUR LIMITED WARRANTY
If any item you purchased from us does not live, for a one time FREE REPLACEMENT just RETURN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL along with your written request within 6 months for product received between Jan.1-July 31 and 10 months for product received between Aug. 1-Dec. 31. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise, return it together with the ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL within 6 months of receipt for a FREE REPLACEMENT.
Replacement warranty is VOID unless the ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL is returned.
For a REFUND of the purchase price RETURN THE ITEM AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL, with correct postage affixed, within 14 days of receipt.
Not responsible for incidental and consequential damages; we are not responsible for any amount exceeding purchase price (exclusive of shipping and processing).
Only cancellation requests received on the same day your order is received are guaranteed to be honored. All other cancellation requests must be in writing, but will not be honored if in our judgement the order is irretrievably in process. Be sure to include your name and address with your request. We appreciate your understanding.
Orders are filled by item number exactly as received. If an item/variety is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed; we will then ship based on many factors including weather, availability of the plants, and the appropriate planting time for your area. Orders are not shipped within a given time frame of receipt but rather based on many factors including proper planting time, weather, and product availability. Seeds and hard goods generally ship first, followed by nursery stock. Keep in mind that plants and trees can be safely transplanted during the summer—just be sure to keep well-watered as with any planting during the first year. We appreciate your business.
ZONES OF HARDINESS
Zone designations are approximate. Many plants can be grown in one zone “colder” than rated by placing in a protected location or by proper winter care (such as mulching). Just try to think of a spot in your landscape that is a little more protected.
Our catalog is not for wholesale use. Our warranty does not cover products that are intended for resale. Contact us directly for large quantity pricing and terms.
RETURN CHECK POLICY
All returned checks are subject to the state allowable service fee. Returned checks may be electronically debited for the full face value of the check and the state allowable service fee.
ILLUSTRATIONS/IMAGES: The pictures in our catalog and our website are of mature plants in the best condition. With proper care, the young plants you buy can and should resemble catalog illustrations when they reach maturity.
PLEASE NOTE: The website can be updated at any time which will supersede previous pricing and information.
For each visitor to our website, our web servers automatically recognize information regarding the visitor's domain name and e-mail address. Regardless of the purpose for which it is submitted, it is our policy to maintain this Personal Information as confidential, and to use such information for the following purposes:
• For the specific purpose for which it was volunteered, such as purchase product, enter contests, or join mailing lists.
• To track our visitor's use of the Site(s) for internal market research or other business purposes.
• To notify our visitors of updates to the site(s).
Email Address: We will not sell or share your email address. If you provide your email address, you will automatically be included to receive newsletters from this company or from Direct Gardening.com which will feature weekly specials and/or promotions. We do not give email addresses to outside vendors. If you wish to be removed from our email list, please follow the “remove” link in any newsletter we have sent you.
Phone Number: Phone numbers are used only to facilitate communication about your order. We do no telemarketing and will not share your phone number with any outside marketing firm.
Mailing Address: We may make our mailing list available to other carefully selected companies whose products may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to share your mailing address or if you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please write to us and include the address to remove.
We may ship live product in a variety of ways such as dormant and bareroot, rhizomes, bulbs, plugs, or in a variety of pots depending on the grower, time of year, type of product, etc.
